Customer service

A received a call asking to speak to a person. I was informed this was an important call and was recorded. The would not tell me what the company was what they represented. The call was rude and unprofessional. How dare a company call anybody and ask for personal information cold calling. They did not even have the correct person. The team member was short and sharp. Not nice.

the BBB should look in to the company and the policies and procedure.

When I called and asked to speak to a complaints department all of a sudden they got confused. The did not have an e-mail Hmmm.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of i am not who they call for and obstructing do not call requests. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss collection calls. Convergent Outsourcing needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
