Convergent Outsourcing - Sprint Dispute
Dear Sir or Madame I am writing to dispute a balance on a previous account . After receiving horrible service with sprint (unable to get messages, couldn't receive calls and dropped call after speaking with rep in store i was told that i had a zero balance when coming back to sprint, , I was told that my account would be credited to a zero balance.
I have received several calls regarding this and would appreciate it if you would take care of this matter as soon as possible.Please eliminate this matter as soon as possible, thank you very much for all of your help in this matter. My account number is Acct {{Redacted}}
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $38.

The phone companies do not hire outside collection agencies. They have there own people that take care of therebilling.
